Welcome to CAKES by Stacey Anderson
Working from my Studio in Crewe, Cheshire I specialise in creating stylish, elegant and delicious bespoke celebration cakes. By working in collaboration with you to design your perfect cake my aim is to provide a beautiful and unique addition to any special occasion.
My journey began in 2009 with a cake decorating night class at my local college. Originally starting the course as a hobby it developed my interest and flair for cake design. It was there that I gained a better understanding of fundamental techniques and skills and ignited my desire to develop the hobby into a career.
In 2010 I decided to take the huge step of leaving a full time job in the NHS to accept a cake decorator position at an established company. During the 3 years I spent there I gained invaluable skills, experience and knowledge. I quickly excelled in the industry earning a Rising Star finalist position at the The Baking Industry Awards in 2012. This gave me the confidence that I needed to venture into setting up my own business.
In 2013 CAKES by Stacey Anderson was born
Nearly 10 years later and the business continues to thrive, finding myself busier than ever.
My creations have been featured in several industry magazines, I have also had the opportunity to work in partnership with a industry leader Renshaw, creating special project pieces to showcase their products.
I take huge pride in the delicious cakes, cookies and cupcakes that I produce, using only the best top quality ingredients. This ensures that every cake I produce is just as stunning on the outside as it is delicious on the inside.
